Our apartments and house are located on the gorgeous canals of Santa Margarita (Roses), a precious spot where to spend your vacation, only 1500 meters from the 700-meter long and 45-meter wide golden sandy beach of Santa Margarita.

The apartments are located less than 3 kilometers from downtown Roses, 1000 meters from the "Santa Margarida" supermarket, 80 kms from the "Girona Costa Brava" airport, 15 kms from the "Perelada" golf resort, 20 kms from the "Figueres" train stations. The area is also ideal for families.

Roses and its surroundings

Roses offers a wide variety of leisure activities where you can enjoy the sea, its beaches and its wonderful coves. The setting with the Medes Islands is a protected natural park and rich with different species, fauna and flora, known as one of the best places for scuba diving on the Costa Brava.
The sea is not the only place to visit in Roses, the park (Aigüamolls d'Empordà) is a conglomerate of wetlands and protected areas of land from which you can observe nature and animals living in the wild, with hundreds of species of birds and other animals.

Around the bay of Roses, Santa Margarita and Empuriabrava, you can enjoy hundreds of leisure activities and land and water sports: diving, boat trips, jet skiing, electric bicycles (Burricletas), paragliding, parasailing, all kinds of sailing sports, snorkeling, quad bikes, skysurfing, fishing, movies, tourist train tours, go-kart racing, and much more.
